Ruff Part of Town wasn’t born in a boardroom, and it wasn’t built on a spreadsheet. It was born in the dirt, in the back of rescue vans, and in the quiet moments between the front lines and the final goodbye. We realized early on that for the "unwanted," for the seniors, and for the breeds the world has turned its back on—help isn’t coming. If the world wasn’t going to build them a sanctuary, we realized we’d have to build the house ourselves.
